General Contract Conditions
These contract conditions represent a valid agreement between the company Javier de Juana Commercial New Technologies SA (Exquisuits), and its clients and imply acceptance of the security and privacy policy as well as the general conditions of use of the site published at www. .sneakersatelier.es, hereinafter the website. In this agreement, custom or custom-made products are understood to be those expressly made from the client’s order with their desired specifications and size. Such is the case of personalized sneakers and other garments made based on customer measurements. Likewise, standard products are understood to be those not made based on customer measurements. This is the case of finished products such as ties, accessories or fashion accessories.
1. Product Design
You can configure your custom garment to your liking through the online garment configurator available through the website. Be sure to enter your size or measurements carefully following the detailed explanations in the tutorials on the website. All products configured through Sneakers Atelier will have a seal on the inner lining with the logo of Exquisuits by de Juana – Sastres since 1840 as its parent company. Likewise, the client will be able to personalize the product with initials in the areas enabled for this purpose in the configurator.
2. Order confirmation
When you have completed your order, you will receive confirmation of your order by email. You can follow the status of your order by accessing your customer account at www.sneakersatelier.es. To do this you will have to log in with your user account.

4. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders will be paid using the payment methods provided on the website, see bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard credit cards. For international orders, multiple products or large amounts, Exquisuits reserves the option to request payment by bank transfer. Cash on delivery orders will not be served.
The prices for sale at Exquisuits include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Purchases made by natural or legal persons residing in non-EU countries will be exempt from paying VAT.
For tax purposes, the geographical territories of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-EU.
Tariffs for International Orders
For international orders depending on the destination, each country may include import taxes (tariffs) that are not included in the prices published on the website and that will be paid in cash by the recipient upon delivery of the order. You can ask us for more information about your specific destination.
Changes can be made to your order within 24 hours of confirmation and payment, for which you must contact us through the contact details published on the website. After this period, orders will enter the production phase and changes or cancellations will not be accepted. Any possible bank charges arising from the cancellation of the order will be borne by the customer.
5. Manufacturing and Shipping
Your order will be prepared by our workshops and you will receive it at your address within approximately 30 days for custom-made products, and within 5-7 days for samples and standard products. If you need your order to arrive faster, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs. In the case of custom-made products, shipping costs are included in the price.
Sneakers Atelier is not responsible for any delays in transport, as these are the responsibility of the logistics operator subcontracted to carry out the transport. Sneakers Atelier will not be responsible for delays in the control of recipients, as well as if a recipient does not decide to accept delivery, or in the event that incorrect delivery information has been provided, or delivery is impossible due to operator and/or customs problems. Sneakers Atelier is exempt from any responsibility for late delivery of the product in events or circumstances beyond the control of our firm, force majeure, human, mechanical or fortuitous errors.
6. Returns, Warranty and Reshipments
Our professional reputation and the success of our firm depend on the satisfaction of our customers, offering them personalized and made-to-measure products of the highest quality. In the hypothetical case that your sneakers have manufacturing defects (confirmed by our firm), Sneakers Atelier will remake them again for you, thus guaranteeing your total satisfaction.
Procedure for remaking garments
In the event that the suit cannot be adapted, Sneakers Atelier will remake it again (orders are only remade once). To do so, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and wait for our instructions to return the product to us.
Returns and Reshipments
Sneakers Atelier does not accept returns of custom-made or made-to-order products, since these are made exclusively for each client.
In the case of standard products, they can be returned within 7 calendar days, with the customer being responsible for the shipping costs and any costs arising from the return. The item will be returned in the following cases:
– The transport company loses the shipment (mere delay in delivery will not be considered loss, it will only be considered as such when the transport company certifies it).
– The product is defective under the criteria of Sneakers Atelier.
– The materials do not correspond to those of the garment received (this point does not include perceived differences in tone caused by the representation of materials on different screens or display devices).
Since the products made by Sneakers Atelier are made to order for each customer based on the size and specifications that the customer has entered through the website, Sneakers Atelier is excluded from liability in the production of footwear, which may arise from the incorrect introduction of measurements, sizes or material specifications by the customer.
7. Care tips
Always use alcohol-free products to clean your shoes, as they can damage the colours of hand-painted products. Contact us if you have any questions about the care of your products.
8. Force Majeure
In cases of war, natural disasters, labor disputes, pandemics, states of exception, government regulations, failures in delivery by suppliers, extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Sneakers Atelier, it will not be responsible for completing the terms indicated in these conditions.
9. Applicable legislation
These general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the law in force in Spain, which shall apply subsidiarily to all matters not provided for herein, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Bilbao.
