How can I know the best size for my foot?
Through the feetsizr application you can easily scan your foot with your mobile phone. When you select a sneaker model, the application will suggest the best size for you for that model. Sometimes it will suggest two possible sizes depending on whether you like to wear tighter or looser shoes. You can get more information about the application in the following link
Do you have any special shoe trees for wide feet?
We do have a special wide last for wide feet with more millimeters of contour, which will surely provide you with great comfort without having to resort to longer sizes. In all sizes you can choose the special width EE last.
QUESTIONS ABOUT TIMELINES AND PRODUCTION
How long will it take to receive my sneakers once I have ordered them?
Your sneakers are made by hand in a period of approximately 20 working days, so you should allow about 30 calendar days to receive them at your home.
Do you have a faster production service?
We do have a fast 10-day tailoring service called Faslane. This Fastlane service does not offer all the possibilities for customizing sneakers but is only available for solid colors depending on the stock of soles and components. Contact us if you want more information about the service.
Is it possible to return products?
All our products are made “made to order” for our clients based on their measurements and in accordance with the specifications selected in the online configuration. For this reason, and in accordance with current regulations, we do not accept product returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
